It was AMAZING!!!!! I will definetley go back. The concierge (blonde) lady had an attitude but other staff was AMAZING!!!!!
Food was awesome we were a bigger party so price was kinda high with appropriate tip at dinner time approx $70 a person I would definitely recommend for dates or adults wouldn't recommend for kids Only because the cost Everyone should experience this place at least once. My wife and I will be back for sure

Food Andy service is always great. Restrooms always seem to be an issue. The customers leave them disgusting. Maybe for the price a bathroom attendant could be afforded.
I 've always loved Chama Gaucha and have never had anything less a than an excellent experience. It's, perhaps, because of that reason that I'm being so critical in this review. We were seated in a room off the main floor and I think it was for this reason our service was somewhat lacking. We had currently went the weekend before, we were impressed and couldn't wait to go back. And we did on this weekend for a birthday, the food and service was not as good as the first time around. The first time we had so many types of meat with lots of flavor. This time it seemed like the same meat was being handed out and the flavor wasn't as good.

They raised their prices and have not updated their website. Some of the meats were not as tender as they used to be. We did enjoy some of the newer sides on the salad bar.
Food was amazing if you are a meat eater! If not, the salad bar was also amazing! Service was great! Haven't been there in many years and was pleasantly surprised! Will definitely be going back!
