I have only heard good things about Chama Gaucha, and was not disappointed. I’ve experienced Brazilian steakhouses before, and so was familiar with the process. However, upon hearing my girlfriend had not, our server hospitably explained the courses and cards (green if you would like to be brought more meats, red if you would not). Service was excellent. Incredible food and service!! Lamb and bottom sirloin are worth the visit alone. Carajillo with the tequila cream is phenomenal

Is there a better place to eat in San Antonio? Wine selection is superb, the service is out of this world - I have friends that just go for the salad bar because is is so fresh and outstanding. However the crowning star is the meat selection and I love how fresh and perfectly cooked it is. My choice of dining establishment for any special event!!
