The food and service was excellent! We have been to several Brazilian steak houses and this is the best we have had. When visiting San Antonio again, we will definitely make it a point to have dinner at Chama Gaucha again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Hands down the best meal I’ve ever had. Worth every dollar. The filet mignon, mashed potatoes, moscato and tres leche were top notch by far. Excellent service and just amazing food!!
Overall we enjoyed our experience dining here. The service was excellent and the food was pleasant. We were satisfied and do plan to return again for another unique dining experience here. I would recommend this place to anyone.
My wife wanted to celebrate her birthday today at Chama Gaucha. Based on previous positive dining experiences here, today did not disappoint! The food was amazing, and the service was even better. Our favorite was the garlic sirloin, with the filet mignon in a close second. The variety of meat selections and impressive salad bar is exceptional. The food was outstanding and made our Christmas celebration so easy. We are in the middle of remodeling our house, so I have no kitchen. Deciding to do dinner here was a great idea. The food and service was so good. The only issue I had was that prices were raised for Christmas, and I guess I can understand that. Paying $50 for a salad bar since I’m a vegetarian, was a bit out of line.
We received great service from Bray, our server and great recommendations by the sommelier that has a lot of expertise. This is our second time in the restaurant and one thing that stands out is that every team member says hello very kindly with a smile.
