Great place for a date night with your spouse. Was loud but was also very busy. Great food, great service, and not a dull moment. Prepare for a pricey night but worth it.

This is the definition of fine dining. Table service is second to none; you never have to wait for a glass to get empty or a plate to get messy. The food always comes out perfectly prepared and seasoned, and the gauchos are amazing at remembering your temperature choices throughout the meal. Aaron is an absolutely amazing sommelier and is always on point with the perfect choice of wine or spirit to complement your meal. My first experience at Chama Gaucha San Antonio was phenomenal, I received the best service I’ve ever had at a Brazilian steakhouse. There was always someone at my table if I needed something, had the opportunity to sample a beverage, servers were attentive and expedient. I didn’t get the same level of service from the servers this time around, but one of the managers definitely made up for it by anticipating my needs.
