I have eaten here numerous times ,and while it is somewhat pricey ,I don't know of a whole lot of places that offer the variety of meat and salad options. The service is impeccable and the meats are available quickly ( by I've been to a few all you can eat that I believe deliberately take a long time to bring food ) I do have one thing that bothered me ..it seems they have gotten lax on enforcement of their dress code .

Chauma never disappoints! The service is always excellent and choice of meats are always on point. The drinks were a bit strong this time around but overall excellent experience.

We always have a great time at Chama Gaucha (CG). All the meats are perfectly cooked and are delicious. Our server, Carlos, was very attentive and insured we had any variety of meat we wanted. Of course, that’s the level of service we’ve always experienced at CG. The only negative was they ran out of the wine my wife liked and the replacement wasn’t as good.
