I always enjoy my experience when I come here. The service was not what it usually is. I think they were just busy. Other then a less then attentive waiter everything was great.
Chama Gaucha is the best dining experience in San Antonio. The service is second to none, simply outstanding. Every single bite you put in your mouth is absolutely delicious. The favorites at our table were the ribeye and the picanha. The meat is the perfect temperature throughout your entire meal. The cocktails are the best. The Old fashioned is deliciously smooth and the martinis are super cold which makes the drink the best! Loved every moment! Can’t wait to dine there again.
Chama is consistently great food, value, service, ambience. It’s my favorite restaurant in town and dine there every 3-4 wks. I wouldn’t consider a change at all.
