With servers at your shoulder whenever your plate was empty and servers pouring or replenishing your drinks constantly, it was immensely entertaining and satisfying
Service was good. Food was good but meats were a little salty. Celebrating a birthday but servers we so busy didn't ask if we we're celebrating anything.
Our family normally loves Chama Gaucha. We've been coming here over 5 years. It's even become a family tradition to bring my father for his birthday. This year we were celebrating his 70th birthday. In the past, I've told our waiter about his birthday and they always bring him a slice of cheesecake with a candle, at no charge! This occasion was the same, I mentioned his birthday twice, but the bill came and no cheesecake. Always excellent experience the food was great the service was awesome just the kids price was a little high especially my kids don't really eat much in other words is not for children.
I have been to other Brazilian steakhouses and each one has their unique qualities. For a Brazilian steakhouse, I was hoping for a few more Brazilian dishes on the salad bar. Something more unique to Brazil. As for the service, it was some of the best I have ever had. There was always someone at the table either delivering meat or making sure our glasses were full. The service was incredible. They bring you meats when you have the their card flip up on green. If you leave it like that (like I did) they will bring food so quickly, you'll be putting more meat on the plate than taking off.
We went here to celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday. the restaurant needed to be fine dining, and something new for all of us. This restaurant fit all of that. It is lovely inside; beautiful tables nicely set up. The food was great from the salad bar to the meats and side dishes. The service was above and beyond. All in all it was a perfect evening and was exactly what we wanted to celebrate such a special day.
We enjoyed everything thing about the evening, most of all the impeccable service. This was my first visit and will definitely go back.
