Best experience ever. I've been here several times and I've enjoyed it every time. My family was very impressed being it was their first time there.

Excellent !!! And we sat near the bar ... perfect view to see the football game.
I frequent this restaurant for birthdays, work events, and special occasions like New Year's Eve and Christmas Eve. This year, the service was terrible. Several members of our party of 6 had to request the same cut of meat more than several times, which was extremely frustrating. We felt very rushed and so we skipped on desert. We also didn't appreciate alcoholic beverages being "peddled" to a group of college freshman (our children). Most cuts of meat were sirloin or lower quality. The service was fantastic. However, it was a wait to get the filet mignon cut. We would rather order what we like than sit through rotations of sirloin. I don't buy that for home cooking.
Food was excellent but service did feel a little rushed.
It was my husband's birthday on Christmas Day so we celebrated Christmas Eve at Charma Gaucha with great red meat, to be followed by turkey on Christmas. He was disappointed they didn't have prime rib but there were lots of other choices. We enjoyed a complimentary dessert for his birthday. Lovely evening with festive ambiance and fun.
Thank you very much for the wonderful afternoon. The first time guests are still raving about the experience and the ones who have been before have come to know this as a standard of such an amazing restraunt.
