Champs Gaucha is a must go to fine food dine in. The food is amazing , and the service is in top notch.
Service and dinner are always excelent. I come specifically for the leg of lamb the absolute best. We happened to be dining during prom and the atmosphere was fun and festive.
My husband and I love Chama Gaucha. It is the perfect spot for a date night without the kids. The food is always done right and if it is not they will go back to the grill and make it the way you want it. The servers are always ready for anything you need. My favorite place to go for special occasions!!
The staff were very courteous, getting the door as we entered. In spite of having a reservation for 45 min later, the hostess seated us immediately. Our waiter arrived promptly to take our drink orders and explain how things worked. The salad bar is a literal buffet of delicious salads and cold items...as everyone says, focus on the meat!! The food was amazing as was the service. A tad pricey ($200 for two people), but still great experience.
We come here every year for the past 6 years for our Anniversary and did so recently and enjoyed it as usual. I would do this every quarter if I could.
These folks do the typical "huge salad bar and endless meat" very well. The service is the best I've experienced of the four similar restaurants I've visited. The salad bar is remarkably varied and the meats are well seasoned and, of course, sliced to order so you always receive the "done-ness" you want.

My husband and I celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary. For this special occasion we decided to have dinner at Chama Gaucha. Little did we know that this would be one of our best dinner experiences ever. The waitress was wonderful and very helpful. My husband's immune system is very weak, therefore he is not allowed to eat foods from a buffet. Also, the meat has to be well done.
