I have been to other Brazilian steakhouses and each one has their unique qualities. For a Brazilian steakhouse, I was hoping for a few more Brazilian dishes on the salad bar. Something more unique to Brazil. As for the service, it was some of the best I have ever had. There was always someone at the table either delivering meat or making sure our glasses were full. The service was incredible. They bring you meats when you have the their card flip up on green. If you leave it like that (like I did) they will bring food so quickly, you'll be putting more meat on the plate than taking off.
We went here to celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday. the restaurant needed to be fine dining, and something new for all of us. This restaurant fit all of that. It is lovely inside; beautiful tables nicely set up. The food was great from the salad bar to the meats and side dishes. The service was above and beyond. All in all it was a perfect evening and was exactly what we wanted to celebrate such a special day.
We enjoyed everything thing about the evening, most of all the impeccable service. This was my first visit and will definitely go back.

Chama Gaucha is our go-to restaurant for date night, entertaining friends for a night out, or even lunch. The service is always superb, and the managers always welcome us back. Fabulous meat and the best salad bar ever.
Top notch food! Great staff brought food very quickly. Outstanding salad bar, all you can eat meats from ribeye, filet minion to lamb chomps plus more! Definitely a great place to celebrate an anniversary.
