Room temp was constantly changing from too hot to too cold. I think the restaurant is a victim of its own success. It seems to have been expanded to handle more seating and the ambiance as well as the service suffer. The food was still very good, but in the future, I would insist on the main room.
The whole experience was amazing it can't be put into words the food was mouth watering, amazingly delicious seasoned to perfection. The staff was all happy, attentive and very friendly they made suggestions on how to make the dish taste even better by adding different sauces or jellies. My son loved their "next gen" lemonade. ♡♡♡♡
We were celebrating our aniversary with our friends. A fairly large group (7). We had a great time, the food and service is exceptional. The salad bar is outstanding as well as all of their cuts. 5 stars for the Picanha. It is pricey so hold on to your wallet, but definetly worth it if you can afford it.
The warning signs started with our arrival at the restaurant. Clearly Chama Gaucha knows how to _take_ a reservation. They just don't know how to _hold_ a reservation. When we were greeted, we were informed that they were running behind and it would be 20 more minutes. We weren't seated for 45 minutes. Once seated, the service was spotty. I am on a low-carb, moderate protein and moderate fat diet heavy on veggies. So when I saw the beautiful salad bar and then all the grilled meats coming to the table, I was right at home. Most of the meats, with the exception of the picanha, were very tasty. Our table had to keep asking the staff to bring the meats that are well-done or medium well, or else they would come to us rare or medium rare. Don't be afraid to ask for the meat you like! It will take some time, but they will bring it to you.

We decided to go somewhere we hadn't been and fancy for us..this place didn't disappoint. Awesome service and fantastic food. They made my family members feel at home. Highly recommended for a splurge. Thank you Chama Goucha!!!!
It was the best dining experience we have ever had. Food was delicious, waitstaff was exceptional, and a must try for anyone. We will definitely be going again. My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and they surprised us with a delicious dessert.
My wife and I recently ate at Chama Gaucha for her birthday. We expected it to be pretty great from the reviews we'd read and the things we'd heard from friends. It was honestly one of the few times a restaurant exceeded our expectations. The place is well laid out, and has a fun atmosphere.
