Over crowded. Not enough wait staff to fulfill the demand. Corporate Event took too much of their attention from the other paying customers. Food was good…. When it came around. Up charge for pineapple?!? Since when? Felt “nickel & dimed” on a $600+ bill.
I think that it’s a very load place because of everyone talking at their tables. I would love to see more tables up against the walls were those of us who have PTSD can relax a bit more while eating our dinner?
Unfortunately, this was not the experience we were looking for while celebrating our anniversary. Everything felt rushed. Although the service from our server was beyond exceptional, everyone else was overly cautious and we felt like our table was approached by many people who had already touched our table. Will not be back. Overpriced and crammed. The meat was good but the salad bar was just OK. Not a lot of options if you have food allergies. They did not honor our reservation time and the front desk hostess was rude.
Had to wait for 30 minutes past my reservation. What is the point of a reservation and still waiting?

The service tanked the whole experience. Went in to celebrate my wife’s 27th birthday. The greeting at the door was great, smiling hosts and warm welcome. The server started decent but slowly started to declined. It started feeling like he was avoiding our table completely. I didn’t want to cause a scene or make the situation worse. I was able to talk to a manager at the host stand and he reassured me that the server was in the wrong.
I was surprised our server was not attentive at all. I had to ask for a new plates for sides for more drinks. Had to catch her when we saw her or anyone. It might have been because it was moderatly busy. Hate to think that the quality of service falters when they are "busy". But defiantly understandable, just disappointing. I love this place.
Who the hell brings screaming kids here??? Get a babysitter. Not restaurant’s fault.
