I love this restaurant and we have been going for years. The only complaint that I have this time is that the waiter didn’t seem to know how to wait. He would serve water over the table from one end to the other, crossing on top of all the food... He would cross in front of one person to get another person‘s plate. I think waiters should be trained properly, especially in this level of restaurant.  Don’t get me wrong, he was super nice, just didn’t know how to properly wait a table.

The food was delicious and all of the staff walking through the restaurant were amazing. Our waiter was not very impressive. He was not very personable and didn’t offer much information:
I’ve been here several times for special occasions, but after this visit we decided to come back just to enjoy the whole experience. Their attractiveness to my requests is unmatched. They made us feel special by giving us a free chocolate mousse cake to help us celebrate our first anniversary.
Hands down a great experience! Plentiful meats was never rushed out and staff was very accommodating with our birthday dinner. Will go back when I’m back in San Antonio visiting my family.
Chama Gaucha is the best Brazilian steakhouse in San Antonio. The food and service are always spectacular!

Wonderful lunch at Chama Gaucha where my husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary! The wait team treated us like royalty and the food and ambiance were both top notch. It was like an evening on the town rather than an early afternoon lunch. Thank you team for making our special day, one to celebrate and remember.
