Always a great experience dining at Chama Gaucho-salad bar was fresh and delicious, meat servings were hot and cooked to perfection with servers really hustling to bring you fresh hot meats off the fire-great hibiscus margaritas too-highly recommended.
A fabulous experience I enjoyed immensely. Food was spot on and needed nothing not even a pinch of salt. Staff and management were polite and attentive. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We have always enjoyed dining at Chama Gaucha, and every visit has been a delightful experience. The food is consistently delicious, and the ambiance is perfect for both casual and special occasions. However, during our most recent visit, we encountered an issue at checkout. Our party of six was automatically charged gratuities on two separate checks at our table (three persons per check), which was unexpected and disappointing as we were under the impression automatic gratuities were for parties of eight or more.
