Customer service was great very attentive to you needs. One of the best restaurants I’ve been to.
My wife and I celebrated her father’s birthday and it couldn’t have been more fun and memorable. My wife’s father and mother were impressed by the attention to detail, the quality of food, and high level of service provided. We will certainly be going back!
It was our second time in Chama Gaucha and it was as great as the first time. I wanted to make my husband’s Birthday super special and I couldn’t make a better choice. The food was outstanding, the service fantastic. The atmosphere is very nice and makes you to stay there as long as possible. In your restaurant we felt like very special guests. My husband couldn’t stop thank me for the amazing evening. Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job!
Surprisingly above and beyond in guest services from the time we sat down, cruising the salad bar (do u know they offer fresh crack pepper at the salad bar???)clean plate, continue flow of drinks, amazing meats (lamb chop and the plantain in particular), courteous meat servers, and table touches by the manager. I have to stress that this is so far the best service we ever received at a Brazilian Steakhouse (and we have been to a few in TX and FL). Excellent service and food. However we were seated 40 minutes past our reservation time. The salad bar was so crowded, we felt really rushed trying to get our plates filled without being pushed along. Also, it's very hectic with the waiters, meat servers and bus people moving so quickly.
