I am overall satisfied with the sunroom that I contracted with Champion for. Please see areas for improvement later on in this survey & summarized here: 1) a better description of how financing works with GreenSky, especially that the total loan value gets parceled out at different times during the project, 2) notification required when contractors arrive at the home, 3) better coordination of my sunroom & French door order (same project, but different installation timeframes).
Good experience. Kevin in sales was very cooperative and listened to what we wanted. Coleman took accurate measurements and completed the design. Peter and his installation team did a super job. There were a couple of hiccups but were quickly addressed and implemented. We are very pleased with our new sunroom and will recommend Champion to anyone wanting quality professional work.
