Work was done in timely fashion.
Not 100% positive experience. Custom order, large double pane plate glass window, 6-8 weeks proposed, took 3 months. Window sat at CWofC for another 2+ weeks and no one bothered to check the window, and it was manufactured in the wrong color. Not found out until installation crew had removed the old window. Installed wrong window, "rush" put on another window. It showed up 2 months later and was installed. Never saw the sales person again after initial consult, he stated he would be by during installation at initial purchase... read more
