The installation was fine. When I signed the contract in March, I was billed by Green Sky for my installation, which I paid. They installed the door on August 3rd, and I was billed again. I'm trying to get the double billing resolved, but nothing yet.
The crew got the job done in less than 1 day. Everything went fine.
Excellent work and professionalism by our salesman (Rodney), work crew (led by Paco), and the whole Champion team.
The Champion sales agent was knowledgeable and cooperative. The installation occurred two months before the anticipated date (yay), the installers were excellent. They installed the windows efficiently, well, and left the room clean. The windows are beautiful and fully functional.
The experience was awesome, and the price was better than I expected.
I would definitely recommend Champion Windows.
Service from salesman to installer was very professional, very polite and efficient
I thought the entire process was straightforward. The salesman came out and measured the door and told me what to anticipate, but I couldn't give 5 stars because of some of the damage to my door frame. I didn't know they would have to damage my door frame, and it would have been nice to know they were going to take a chunk of wood out.
Once the process of installation began it ran like clockwork. The subcontractors work and inspections were scheduled and progressed timely and smoothly. Each subcontractor from the concrete to the electrician and roofer where professional that did an brilliant job leaving the work area neat each day. I did not have to clean up after anyone or chase someone down to get the status of the job. Very well pleased with the results.
