<p>We love the Patio Room. We have only had it for five months so haven't experienced warm weather yet.</p> <p>There was some weather related delays such as concrete couldn't be poured because it was a veryrainy summer.</p> <p>The workman whobuilt the room on site was excellent, he consulted with us, asked if we had any concerns and was able to resolve any issues. They are excellent. They were professional, did exactly what we asked, and very timely. They did a terrific job. When I asked them to change something, they did it without any questions and without charging more.

Provider required that I be there during the estimate. This sounds like a requirement due to a high pressure sales technique. Either way, this was a rental property, so my being there was inconvenient. Then, they told me they don't side just eaves and trim. You have to get a "whole" siding job (sorry, but I'm not covering up the brick). Apparently there's not enough money in it for them. <br />
