I like their advertising on television. I was sold. I like that they are all over the U.S. and I like that they have light color on the inside and dark on the outside with the windows.
I wasn't sure what I wanted and when I got there I decided to upgrade to their quality. I like that it's lifetime and I don't have to worry about it - I'll be taken care of. It's better than anything I would have gotten at Lowe's or Home Depot.
Overall the service was fantastic. They came out and gave a fabulous demonstration with the highest regard of quality available to windows. When the workers came and installed the windows they were very professional, friendly, and outgoing. The staff was fantastic overall. It was a great experience.
We were impressed that everything was measured properly. Champion Windows of Colorado was very professional and the install went well because there was so much preparation.
Brett Hurley's sales presentation was good. The boy who did the installation did a great job as well. I was just surprised. He said it was easy, but for him to come in and put the three windows in as quickly as he did, I was amazed.
Other window companies may offer cheaper prices, but you get what you pay for, and with Champion Windows the quality of the product with the exceptional service add up to a superior value for comfort, beauty and security. We are very pleased with our windows and patio door and the great team that installed them. Thank you for making our house a better home.
My experience with Champion Windows of Colorado Springs was quite positive. I had French doors installed in my home and I'm extremely happy with the results.
I am very impressed with the quality. I noticed a temperature in the south windows difference immediately. I was very impressed with the locking part of the sliding window. Safety is a big issue for me and that was a huge bonus.
From what I can gather the quality is good. I have just had the windows put in, and I cannot say I will feel the same way in a year or two. But they were on time, they worked diligently and the quality is good. I am not an expert, and something could happen down the line, but I like the little features like the double hung windows. I can clean the upstairs windows from the inside, so that is a big plus.
