Champion Windows came in and were very professional, friendly, and customer oriented. They answered every question my wife or I had and took the time to make sure we understood what we were getting involved in as well as what we wanted, and they told us what they could and couldn't do. It turned out there really wasn't anything they couldn't do so we're getting all of our windows replaced by Champion. They're really an excellent company to deal with.
Tom came out to measure and demonstrate the windows to us, and then from the time we placed our order to the time we had them installed, the communication was excellent. There were some minor detail problems that were worked out efficiently. The installation was very quick and timely. I would recommend Champion to anybody.
I like their advertising on television. I was sold. I like that they are all over the U.S. and I like that they have light color on the inside and dark on the outside with the windows.
I wasn't sure what I wanted and when I got there I decided to upgrade to their quality. I like that it's lifetime and I don't have to worry about it - I'll be taken care of. It's better than anything I would have gotten at Lowe's or Home Depot.
Overall the service was fantastic. They came out and gave a fabulous demonstration with the highest regard of quality available to windows. When the workers came and installed the windows they were very professional, friendly, and outgoing. The staff was fantastic overall. It was a great experience.

Brett Hurley's sales presentation was good. The boy who did the installation did a great job as well. I was just surprised. He said it was easy, but for him to come in and put the three windows in as quickly as he did, I was amazed.
Other window companies may offer cheaper prices, but you get what you pay for, and with Champion Windows the quality of the product with the exceptional service add up to a superior value for comfort, beauty and security. We are very pleased with our windows and patio door and the great team that installed them. Thank you for making our house a better home.
My experience with Champion Windows of Colorado Springs was quite positive. I had French doors installed in my home and I'm extremely happy with the results.
