I am very impressed with the quality. I noticed a temperature in the south windows difference immediately. I was very impressed with the locking part of the sliding window. Safety is a big issue for me and that was a huge bonus.
From what I can gather the quality is good. I have just had the windows put in, and I cannot say I will feel the same way in a year or two. But they were on time, they worked diligently and the quality is good. I am not an expert, and something could happen down the line, but I like the little features like the double hung windows. I can clean the upstairs windows from the inside, so that is a big plus.
I love my new windows. They let in so much light and make my house so bright. The ease of opening them and cleaning the outside of them without dragging a huge ladder around is great!!!
The guys that came in were very professional, they did a good job, they explained the operation and the equipment that they installed, I was pleased overall.
I was satisfied in all areas of my experience with Champion. The installer was exceptional. I would highly recommend that young man. He did very good work.
I'm going to get some more work done by Champion Windows. I'm just happy with the quality of the product and the service that was provided.

While the window arrived late, it has since been installed. It was installed next to an older window that hasn't been replaced. The difference between the new and old window is unbelievable. The difference in the windows alone is a good sales pitch.
