I did not receive the hardware expected for my doors and the window in my backdoor was frosted instead of obscured as expected

Too expensive & if we didn’t stay on top of it, we may still be waiting for them to find our doors. The installer didn’t even know he was missing the storm door when he installed the entry door. Then we had to have repair scheduled twice for the same issue.

Very fast to come talk about Windows we placed our order the same day in a matter of a few weeks. They were built in a few days later the installer came. He did a fantastic job. Also explained features to us. This is our second installation of windows built by champion we are very satisfied and pleased. Also, we did need an adjustment done on one of the windows that they installed a few years ago and under their warranty, they were out immediately made the adjustments again a very satisfying experience I recommend them highl... read more
