Craftsmanship of installer (Tom) was very impressive, he did an excellent job solving what was previously a trouble area in roof lines and on overall construction.
The quick appointment and installation
The initial meeting went okay we signed up to have windows put in our home. The salesman messed up our paperwork though and no one including a manager could give us answers or correct it in the system so for weeks we received calls from billing which was very frustrating. When we requested a call back no one ever returned our calls. installation day went great.
