Follow through on what you promise. The installer didn't explain anything; instead, he just started working. I had to ask him questions about what he was doing.

From Kevin Fulton to the crew that came out and measure, to the crew that installed the windows everything went very smooth. Everyone was courteous, warm, and knowledgeable.
Salesperson was great! Windows look amazing! Having an issue with one of the largest windows so may be more likely to change to a 10 if that didn't happen. Or may change to attend if the experience of having it fixed is great

The installers did a wonderful job. They finished in half the time I was told it would take, removed the old windows and materials they brought to install the new ones and cleaned up after they were done.
