I was expecting the installation take more then one day, but to my surprise it only took them 4 hours!! My house had very old windows and needed replacing, now my house looks like a different place!!

The windows were made promptly and installed quickly.
The installer was very respectful and answered all of our concerns. Did a professional job in a timely fashion.
So far I am happy with the window panes, the service and the fact installation was much sooner than originally scheduled.
Very good quality of material and cost was liveable.
The process from start to finish was extremely smooth. Wendy in the office, got the salesman out in a timely manner. Kevin was able to provide us information on the windows we needed and helped us get our order started. Once the windows were ready, Wendy got the installation scheduled and Matt came out to finish the job. Matt was very through, he placed tarps on the floors so when he did his job, the mess was minimal. He was pleasant, precise, knew what needed to be done and got the job done. Everything looks very nice!
