From start to finish, professional, thorough, and we couldn't be happier with our windows. Our installers (I'm out of town so don't have access to my file with correct names, but a dear couple, Kenny and Kayla?) We're wonderful; laying tarps down throughout the house, cleaning up after installation, washing all windows, caulking thoroughly as we had rain and snow in our home previously from poorly made windows. The whole process was straight forward. They are willing to work with you on pricing. Installation was outstanding quality crew, respectful. Windows look great!
So far, we are happy with our sunroom. This winter will be the first big test. I'll know more after that. It could easily go from 4 to 5 stars.
It all went very well from start to finish.
We knew we could not replace the windows ourselves, it would require some construction work and more experienced skills. I would definately recommend Champion for challenging installs that require a professional. The work was completed in a day. It was not easy and a bit of an old house challenge. The result was better than we expected. Beautiful.
Install crew (Joseph) were quick and efficient. Everything was cleaned up after completion.
The lock on the patio door is not working. Waiting for someone to come and make it right.
The salesman was incredibly helpful, nice to be around and a stand up guy. The install crew were wonderful!!! I cannot say enough great things about them. It was going to be a hot day, so they kept the exposure to the outside heat and bugs to a minimum. Wish them all the best!!!
