They came back out when we asked them to. We're really pleased with Champion but not the installers.
I had an excellent experience.
The windows are great, but I had no idea the tan caulk would get onto my white wallpaper, nor did I know the removal of the old windows would cause the scraping damage to the windowsills. However, the gentlemen who came out the next day told me those problems are "normal", so I will have to paint the windowsills & the white wallpaper can't be repaired. They installers also left a large "oil" stain in the middle of our driveway from their truck being parked in the driveway while they were installing the windows.
The salesmen of Champion Windows of Ft. Worth was a very friendly salesman. In the previous house I owned the salesman had come there too and he was very knowledgeable and very courteous of our concerns of getting the windows and doors and making recommendations. The installers were also professional in how they conducted themselves.
