Champions windows offered the best product available. The salesman was great to work with and the installer was even better.
The first installation crew did not know what they were doing. The second installation crew Champion sent out did an excellent job.
This was a very good experience. Our windows throughout the house were, happily, finished in one day. The crew for the sun room redo were excellent. The only drawback to this installation was having to leave the sun room exposed to the elements for a week or so, waiting for the glass/windows. But, we understood the reasons, i.e., the frame had to be installed then measured for the glass. And, of course, the glass had to be made according to the measurement specifications.
Champion Windows is a fantastic company. From the first meeting to installation customer service has been their #1 priority. Quality windows, excellent service they just can't be beat.
