In December 2023 I made an appointment with Champion Windows for a price to install five new windows in my home. They came out, measured, gave me a price, and let me know when they could install the new windows. I was asked to make a partial payment of $4019.00 with the balance to be paid at a later date. They made a mistake on a window and then made me negotiate between sales and installation. Sales supervisor “Cur” has refused to return my calls for a month. Issue still not resolved.

The installation of my 3 panel sliding glass door was a nightmare from start to finish. The first time they installed the doors the insulation they used to fill the gaps swelled up and leaked through the sides of the install. Plus the screen door did not fit and was not installed that day. The installers came back after the initial install and fixed the leaking insulation and then put in new facia around my door. product quality did not come close to expectations; installation has left every window with a different amount of tension, range of motion of the sash, and finagling to ensure proper latch closure
