No I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
The salesperson told us one price, but when all was done the price was a lot higher.
Messed up wall from window pop out. Was told it would be fixed, then after I signed and paid, was told Champion is not responsible for the drywall damage they caused.
They were supposed to come quote a door replacement and never showed back up. Sorry effort on the sales team
Was told first meeting would be an hour. Turned into 3 hours. Promised delivery in 6-8 weeks (9 July was 8 week mark) scheduled for 13 October, then called back that not all the windows had arrived. Rescheduled for 20 October and team showed up between the scheduled hours. Never saw the install manager as my salesperson promised. Did get a random text message with no name attached. I Would NOT RECOMMEND! it took 8 months for our windows to be installed! This was NOT because of covid! They brought our windows from the manufacturer 3 times but they didn't fit! Salesperson never returned calls when we had issues. Corporate never returned calls. We were just stuck waiting for them to get the measurements right!
No I will not recommend Champion.
