It took 5.5 months for the windows to show up. Screens followed 3 weeks later. The windows were measured upside down (which went against the existing shutters. The windows CAN NOT be opened from the inside to clean due to the existing shutters in spite of bringing this to the attention of the sales woman who was quick to say they would work just fine.
