They're very professional and the windows came in time and weren't delayed at all. The only problem I had was the lack of communication between the direct office and the sales person. That communication line needs to get better. Our windows came in two weeks earlier than expected and my sales rep wasn't aware of that until the day after they were installed. Other than that, it was a good experience.
