The customer service and the scheduling were great and timely.
I want to especially commend the men who installed the windows. They did such a wonderful job! They were so polite. This is such a small thing, but when they would leave the house and come back in, they closed the door so softly. It was very refreshing for us.
The windows were extraordinary. The crew was wonderful. The issue was that the sales person did not write down that I wanted grids on two of my windows. That detail was missed and I had a hard time getting in touch with anyone. When I got the sales manager, he was rude and condescending. He seemed unable to do anything. He was condescending and disrespectful to me. I am 79 years old, and have been in the sales industry for over 50 years. I've worked in the USA and internationally. I would never hire him.
