Every person that came out was very professional, everybody. I am beyond satisfied and I have already referred them to others. Great company, great people.
I think they did a good job. It was the way I expected.
I have already recommended them. The contractor that came out was Mitch and oversees all of the contracts in the finalization of everything. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He went out of his way to take care of everything that Chris did not follow up on. He is one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with. He made everything happen in a timely manner.
Gabriel, Isreal, and Steve, the fellows who installed the windows were wonderful. Juan and Armando who installed my door did a fine job as well.
There should be a little more customer service oriented after the sale is made. They need to stay in touch at least with a phone call to update when they are going to get started.
I am fully satisfied with my purchase from Champion Windows. I really enjoy my energy savings.
