Sales and admin was pretty good. I got all but one window installed the first timeBecause one window was the wrong size, even after measuring twice. Took a month for them to remake another. The second install crew leader was not professional. He played loud music and talked about his personal life
Mitch from champion worked extremely hard to get our sunroom started. He had to have several trips to the city for our permit. It was frustrating but he kept on going. He always accepted my calls. Installation was done in an expeditious manner.
They were very professional and I think the installer was top notch. I would recommend him to anyone.
