No one I know would purchase these windows simply based on cost, far too expensive.

The siding originally installed was the wrong color. It was rectified but it took several months and not a lot of information about the reorder was communicated. It would have been much better for Champion to let us know the progress in the reorder rather than us having to call to inquire about it multiple times. Simple communication, as in a quick touchbase phone call can go a long way for customers and could help us want to refer you more.

Most of the windows installed are not evenly spaced on all sides! One window they knew was shattered on the bottom sash was installed anyway! Now we have to wait and have a new sash ordered, made, and sent out! There will be at least a two week wait! It is definitely a safety hazard, several sharp edges exposed! One of the screens was ripped on one corner so they rescreened it in their truck and it is not tight, but left it like that anyway.. Also the cut screen has jagged edges exsposed.
