A service order had to be put in for the screen door because of a wheel problem when door installed. When I called to check on service order status I was told that ours wasn't a priority. There were many service orders placed and not enough service techs to handle problems. A new install should be perfect from the get go and problems resolved immediately vs being placed low man on the list.
