James Smith was very easy to work explaining everything I needed to know and Iam the young man that installed my windows was also very easy to work with I am pleased with the company
Installers were excellent. Communications breakdowns between the local office and manufacturers caused the job to take 4.5 months. Examples: sent the wrong door and had to reorder and then received two sashes without the grids and had to reorder.
Since my windows were installed within the last week, I haven't had time to ensure they don't leak. The installers were very professional and did a great job installing the windows promptly. They cleaned up very well also.
