the communication regarding the manufacturing of our product was clear and timely. The door itself is high-quality and solid-very pleased with it.
The work was done on time the workers were very good at their job and cleaned up after the job was finish.
We were impressed with Carlton knowledge of the product. He took time to answer all of our questions in terms that were easily understood.
The screen room is very nice. We haven't had any issues with bugs getting in, and the space looks great. The sales team was very helpful and gave a lot of confidence going into the project. They were able to give us a price that was reasonable and the quality seems great. The installation team was professional and knowledgeable. They were a bit late getting to the appointment, but they were able to still finish the same day. Overall experience was last than stellar. Mark was a great sales person, but truthfully, the great experience stopped there. When the install crew came the first day they weren’t prepared for the job and had to call a manager to come review and give direction. As such, they said they couldn’t complete the work that day and would need to come back. Window install went fairly well - minus poor caulking on the interior. Communication is horrible. Took 2 weeks for someone to finally do something about sending someone out to look at the issues with the newly installed door. Also don’t appreciate the instal manger saying he spoke to me the day before and I said everything was all set. He did NOT speak to me. I’m. Ow waiting on a new replacement door to be made and who knows how long that will be because the installers came back out the day before yesterday and said what they recommend to be done, but once again no one from the internal operati... read more
