Overall experience was last than stellar. Mark was a great sales person, but truthfully, the great experience stopped there. When the install crew came the first day they weren’t prepared for the job and had to call a manager to come review and give direction. As such, they said they couldn’t complete the work that day and would need to come back. Window install went fairly well - minus poor caulking on the interior. Champion Windows makes a quality product and while the price is a little higher than I would want to pay, the product options and design make it worth the extra spent.

My next door neighbor was having windows installed. They did not even come close to the quality of Champion windows. I did not know that you can't open the window from the top, and still use the screen. I would have bought full size screens, had I known.
