Clean up the exterior better (no nails/screws left behind), Would have like to review all items prior to install to ensure everything was as ordered (I forgot to do this until after things had already gotten under way, and learned that the wrong lock set was sent).

Eric and another guy came and gave me a bad service, so I want to honor some stuff that was wrong, and I ended up paying them, so I am not happy about it.

I contacted you because when I first started to look for windows (14) for my house , I got this coupon in the mail for buy 2 windows , get two windows free. The person came out and I showed him the coupon . He took it, He told me about the windows, I did ask questions. He measured the windows and he filled out the paper work.
