All of the people working at champion are top notch. The salespeople, the installers, the scheduler. What I found disappointing was that the colored windows (cherry in my case) did not come with a touch up pen. That one simple thing would have changed my experience from disappointing to exceptional. Instead, I had to wait weeks for someone to come and fix the spots that lost their coloring. It took many phone calls and much frustration to fix this easy problem.

For what I had to go through for almost 2 years I could not recommend this company to anyone I know. I did have a friend that wanted a new exterior door but after my experience they said no way

Quality is nowhere near what was promised. Not even close to quality of Renewal By Andersen. Both my patio doors came with broken locks that they need to now come out and fix. Door handle quality is poor in general, feels very much like Menards grade stuff

My windows and door weren’t as expected. I was told I would lose about an inch on my windows due to the install type and I lost 6 per window pane. When I ordered my door I said I wanted to be able to have a storm door and the door installed doesn’t have equal framing depth from the sides to the side of the window. I’ve been told I was getting a call from a manager multiple times and never received that call. Had to call myself.

The price was way too high for the quality.
