My name is Tuan not Taun. We really enjoy our enclosed patio but like I said earlier, we cannot recommend to anybody we knew simply they don't have that kind of money for the job even though they very much love our patio room. Sorry!
I found that they were knowledgeable and Tom walked me through each step of the installation and what to expect during installation. Craig the installer also took time out from his installation to demonstrate all the functions of the windows. I am totally satisfied with them. They did a fantastic job. He also sent me the rebate package to see if I qualify for any rebates.
We were very pleased, satisfied, and happy with the results. We have received a lot of compliments on the work done. Champion Windows were very easy to work with and we are very happy with them. We would highly recommend them.
The salesman, Gary has been to the house for this project and 2 others. Gary is very knowledgeable as well as pretty proficient with setting up and selling the job to the customer.
The windows are expensive, the work was good but the company failed to keep its commitments! The sales person was great until the windows were installed. They installed faulty windows and said they would replace, but that was a couple of months ago and they have never called to keep me updated. I have to initiate the calls. Think twice before going with Champion. Their slogan should read "we over promise and under deliver".
I was especially impressed when Sherman, my salesman, took the time to explain the difference in the types of windows offered by Champion Windows. The installation went smoothly and everything was done in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with my windows.
Champion completed our roof replacement. We were extremely disappointed with schedule delays, poor communication, and lack of professionalism. The only positive was good installation work.
