Fred Tannicio, my factory sales representative was on time and courteous. He had excellent product knowledge. He understood my needs. Also, I was very impressed with the product's features and I thought it was a good value. I was satisfied with the installation. The installers showed up on time and installed my windows in a neat and pro manner. I also appreciate the follow up to do with the rebates.

I felt like Champion was the first company to really want to educate us on what we were purchasing. They explained to us what makes a good window, why their product is superior, and what they do to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the quality of the materials and workmanship. We have used Champiuon before; this is the second time. We were so happy with the first ones that we decided to go with the bigger window in the bedroom. So far it's keeping the heat out of the home, and providing good ventilation.

The sales associate Andy was very professional and very likable. He gave me several options in terms of payment for the door. I was impressed with him overall. I ran into him at the Home and Garden show and talked to him there. Buddy, the installer, was very kind and very respectful to me and to my property on the inside of my dining area. When he finished the job, it was perfect. I bragged about it to everyone I knew.
