WHEN I TOLD HER THAT I WAS THE BUYER,SHE HAD TO ASK FOR MY NAME. I REFUSED TO TALK TO HER ANY FURTHER. THE POSTCARD YOU SENT FOR ME TO COMPLETE THIS SURVEY WAS ALSO ADDRESSED TO HIM.
They got me high quality windows and made it easy for me. Even though my house is really old and the wall thickness was not standard, they didn't try to charge extra for the extra time and money they had to spend to make it work.
