I was very impressed with the quality of window. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable about the windows. I was disappointed in the time it took for this project. We had uniquely shaped windows. I knew these would take a little more time. However, it took them two months longer than originally promised. After the install crew installed he first window they found that the other two windows were built to the wrong sizes. It took about another two months to build and install the windows.
