We had a very large window with a crack from top to bottom and knew it was not safe for my grandchild not to be near. Champion windows was very fast to send a sales person, was very fast to take money and that was all the speed we received. The windows were very late coming. I know more about the politics of the Champion windows office than I ever need to know. If you are in no way in a hurry or expect on time delivery, Champion windows is your place to go.
We are happy with the quality of the door we selected. The guys that installed the door were professional and didn't leave until they ensured we were 100% happy with the door and the installation.
The workmanship was great. The estimated installation time was twice as long as they quoted it to be and they asked me to sign a release form saying the work was completed before it was.
The ordering process and the timeline were very long.
As a company, their product is good but their management sucks.
