The windows are great. They aren't designed for short people, it is hard to reach the top lock but they're nice windows.

The installation of my windows was done with minimal interruption and no drama. The windows are beautiful and the installer went about his job with great care. He is a professional and spent time carefully removing the old windows so he wouldn't pull the siding off. I was impressed with his attention to detail. I interviewed 4 window companies and this product and service for the money was by far the best. And the replacement guarantee is the best!

Door is great and was even done sooner than promised however the instillation crew took out some carpet tacking to install the door and said that Champion would replace it. I have not been contacted about this and this has still not been replaced nor have I been contacted by Champion to set this up has been almost a month.
