Paperwork! I never received a by window pricing breakdown like I received from other window replenishment companies which I requested. Also, I did not receive a packing slip that has window measurements, u-factor ratings, installation location and NFRC ratings for each window so I can receive my rebate from Puget Sound Energy. Finally, a cruise coupon was promised but I;m holding my breath that I will ever see it.
