The wait time was short considering other companies had up to 6 months lead time. The communication was so so, it could have been better for each step of the process. The employees all very kind. The installers were exceptional, didn't leave any mess inside the house and very very minimal outside. The windows are standard, nothing fancy about them, but they seem very nice. Definitely better than what I had before. Amazing the glass is still somewhat cool to the touch with the sun beating down on it..my old windows were warm ... read more

Overall the experience was good. The purchasing of the windows was a good process. The install was ok but they did not clean up completely and there was no walk through to inspect after install. They seemed to be in a hurry to leave.
