I like the ultimate result. But of the 3 times I've used Champion, I had to call them back out to finish the job properly.

The people were always friendly and willing to answer any questions. They easy to communicate with. They explained everything in easy to understand terms.

Paperwork! I never received a by window pricing breakdown like I received from other window replenishment companies which I requested. Also, I did not receive a packing slip that has window measurements, u-factor ratings, installation location and NFRC ratings for each window so I can receive my rebate from Puget Sound Energy. Finally, a cruise coupon was promised but I;m holding my breath that I will ever see it.
