I ordered replacement windows. Sales team great. I did not need educating as I've used Champion in the past and have had no issues with their products or workmanship. The windows arrived as projected by sales. Two person crew replaced six windows in one day, including replacing the trim! Very hardworking duo. I smile whenever I see my beautiful windows.
