Great experience from start to finish. The representative who came out to talk to us about Champion Windows was very thorough. He brought samples to show how the windows are constructed which was very helpful. We were contacted every step of the way to let us know when our garden window would be ready. I ordered replacement windows. Sales team great. I did not need educating as I've used Champion in the past and have had no issues with their products or workmanship. The windows arrived as projected by sales. Two person crew replaced six windows in one day, including replacing the trim! Very hardworking duo. I smile whenever I see my beautiful windows.
