Very poor communication. Our first salesman left the complany then I requested quote for other windows and new salesman scheduled then never showed or called.
Language barrier was a big deal.This morning,Sunday, I tilted a window in to clean the outside- OFF IT CAME! I struggled to get it back in position and decided that the 5800 dollars I spent was a waste.I wanted these windows so I could clean them. Now I can't because they are proving to be so unreliable. By the way,I was cleaning that window to get the big smears off that were left by the installers.
The team that installed the siding was amazing. But I could not reach anyone at champion from the moment I signed the contract till the installation team called me. I called the number provided and spent 45 minutes on three separate occasions on hold only for it to hang up on me. I even emailed and never heard back from anyone from champion. Over 2 months late!! Terrible communication and follow up
This has been a miserable experience. terrible communication from a bunch of champion entities none of which know the others are sending things. Tons of meaningless contacts and very little results. we waited many months for the windows to be manufactured and the finally installed and the day after...
