Excellent communication and up to dates on the process! We appreciate the patience while we struggled at times getting our documents! Highly recommend! Julie and Dwayne Hammons
The whole home buying process was done with ease thanks to the Velocio Mortgage team. They made the process easy to handle and the whole team was so great.
Chandler was amazing! As first-time home buyers, we were very nervous, anxious, and ignorant to the whole home buying process. Chandler explained everything to us step by step which made the whole experience less stressful. We truly do appreciate all her help and her availability at times when we had random questions. If we had any expectations going into this, Chandler exceeded all of them!
Well loved working with Chandler and Luis. They made this process easy! Thank you both so much!!!
Exceptional Service. Thank you!! Chandler Franke and her team deserve raises for after hours support
Great experience!
Chandler did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable with the entire process and was available at all times. I cannot express how much that dedication means to me.
Chandler Franke was absolutely amazing and pleasant She communicated and explained any questions or concerns I had during the process. My other contact Bethany was clear with communicating what was needed and ways to obtain necessary items.
Awesome experience, Chandler made everything a smooth and easy process for us!
