Chandler was amazing! She did such a great job through out the process. My complaint was with the under writing department and also the emails I received about potentially losing my home from the sales manager. Also, I would ask that you please secure your web portal. Allow for 2fa authentication. There is no option for that currently.
Chandler and her team did a very good job assisting my wife and I our getting our first mortgage. If we missed something she called and if not able to reach me, contacted my wife to get what she needed to get us the best options. I really don't' have anything negative to say about Velocio!
