As far as important transactions go, it was fairly smooth. Unfortunately, my mother and I would like to bring some "hiccups" to your attention. Firstly, I was referred to as "Daniel" in all correspondence. Not a huge deal, but the least someone should expect, when spending $300K, is being referred to by their correct name. Second, two weeks from signing, we received a text notifying us they NONE of the documents, which were requested by the lender, were uploaded to the "portal".
